Silva Daskalaki Winery Grifos Red 2019
Silva Daskalaki Winery Grifos Red 2019
Grifos Red was fermented with indigenous yeasts and remained with the fine lees for 30 days in a 300 liter ceramic jar. It was then transferred to oak barrels until bottling.
In the glass we find a light ruby color with brown highlights. On the nose we find a strong aromatic character, of fruit jam, dried flowers, spices, cocoa, with notes of tea following. In the mouth, the body is moderate, with good acidity, fine-grained tannins and a good lasting aftertaste
