Starting from Porto Carras Estate under the supervision of the great Emile Peynaud, he is the first to discover Malagouzia prospects. These two wines set the limits at a surprisingly high level of quality. Of the remaining wines, Avaton is the ultimate blend of Greek varieties (Limnio, Mavroudi, Mavrotragano) while Syrah, Viognier, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc are always enjoyable with excellent aging potential.
