Château d'Estoublon Roseblood Rose 2023

Located in the heart of the Alpilles since 1489, Château d'Estoublon is one of the great estates of the Baux-de-Provence appellation. The vines classified as AOP Baux-de-Provence have been grown organically for over 20 years.

In the glass we find a bright salmon colour. In the aromatic character we find red fruits, apricots, vanilla and flowers, with some hints of minerality giving an extra tone to the total. The body is moderate, with a lively acidity that leads to a particularly long aftertaste.
