Estate Dio Ipsi Monologos Red 2020

Dio Ipsi estate creates a rare Greek Malbec, where the grapes are harvested at the beginning of August. After destemming and pressing, fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks with a long extraction period and maturation in French oak barrels for 12 months.

On the face we have a moderate ruby color, with purple highlights. On the nose we find aromas of black berries, plum, violet, followed by notes of cedar. On the palate it is full-bodied, with refreshing acidity, ripe tannins and a lasting aftertaste.
