Alatas Winery Exohos Red 2021

One version of the story says that Sagrantino was transported to Umbria in central Italy by the Greeks. Here we find it in the privately owned vineyards of Alatas winery, in the area of Falani in Thessaly. The color of the wine is intense and heavy ruby. On the nose we meet a complex bouquet of aromas, such as red fruits, berries, cherries, currants, with notes of violet to follow. On the palate it is round and elegant, with moderate tannins, pleasant acidity and an unyielding aftertaste.
