Salad with Capers


Boil the potatoes, drain them and mash them. Chop the capers finely and smash the garlic. In a bowl mix all the ingredients and add slowly the olive oil , so that it is incorporated into the mix. Add carefully the salt, after trying first , because Capers are salty by itself.


  • 3 large potatoes, peeled
  • 3 tbsp capers
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper
