Rouvalis Winery Syrracho 2018
Rouvalis Winery Syrracho 2018
Theodora Rouvalis, the second generation of the Rouvalis family winery, in collaboration with the oenologist Antoné Ruiz Pañego, is releasing new wines keeping the winery's signature quality and lasting value. Syrracho took its name from the place where the slopes of Aegialia meet and the vineyards of the winery are cultivated.
- Blend of the international Viognier with the beloved and widely used variety of the Rouvalis' family, Roditis.
- Maturing for five months on their lees and vinified at the 6-level gravitational winery, which utilizes gravity at all production stages.
- Aromas of apricot and lemon flowers, ideal acidity on the palate and rich body, just enough to make it a gastronomic wine.
- It is a wine that will have a long-term evolution, based on the the aromatic profile, but it is pleasantly drinkable now, also.
- Pair with white meat or simple, light cheeses.
