This is a Robola of complex creation but we are pretty sure that it will be loved. The creation is complex since grapes are selected from a specific old vineyard while in the preparation "wild" and selected yeasts as well as French and American barrels participate. The result is a wine with pale lemon color with green hues. The citrus, lime, apple and grapefruit aromas are felt while the short passage of a small amount from the 2 types of barrels gives a distinctive aroma of toasted bread. Oily mouth feel with light minerality and rounded lemony acidity. Pleasant aftertaste, long and aromatic.
