Diamantakis Winery Petali White 2021

In the era of Venetian-occupied Crete, the pedals from the loom of the nuns of the Monastery of Agios Antonios resounded to the Asites. Today the traditional Assyrtiko variety is cultivated in the same places and carves our future wine memories. On the face we find a medium lemon color with golden highlights. On the nose aromas of citrus and apricot unfold, on a background of distinct minerality. The palate is of moderate volume, with the lively acidity leading us to an enjoyable aftertaste.
