Anhydrous Winery Icon 2021

Icon is the greatest Santorini of the Anhydrous winery. This is the authentic expression of the majestic terroir of Santorini. This top Assyrtiko matures in a concrete oval tank for 9 months, creating an internal vortex, a constant movement of the wine lees, thus offering a natural batonnage.

On the face we have a lemon color with golden highlights. In the aromatic characteristics we find dense fruit like nectarines and apricots, lemongrass, presence of sea breeze with remarkable saltiness. The palate is full, with sharp acidity, minerality and lasting aftertaste.
