Ftelos by Karamolegos winery is from an old vineyard with vines over 150 years old and is located in Fira. lassic white vinification is followed, after a short pre-fermentation of cold impregnation in order to highlight the unique characteristics of the unique terroir of Santorini. It then matures with the lees for 24 months in a stainless steel tank, followed by 2 months in an oak one.

The color of the wine is golden yellow. In the aromatic characteristics we have a complex bouquet of citrus, pear, peach, apricot, with herbal elements such as thyme, chamomile, rosemary to complement the character and notes of nuts and honey embraced by subtle mineral ones to complete it. Refined on the palate, full-bodied, with an attractive oiliness that binds extremely well with the sharp acidity and leaves us a pleasant long-lasting aftertaste, with an enjoyable brackish minerality.
