T-OINOS is a vision and madness at the same time. With its heart pounding in a terroir full of scattered granitic rocks, a global geological phenomenon similar to 2-3 others around the world, Alexander Avatangelos and Gerard Margeon have accomplished the impossible. To revive the vineyard of Tinos and then to give a cult status to the winery with the wines appearing in the best restaurants in the world. With the world-renowned Master Vigneron Stephane Deronancourt on the team, T-OINOS produces some of the most stunning terroir wines in the world.
  • Rare is 100% Assyrtiko from a specific part of the iconic Clos Stegasta vineyard in Falatados, produced only in top vintages.
  • Spontaneous fermentation in a combination of oak barrels and amphorae. It is bottled after seven months of contact with wine lees.
  • A rare Assyrtiko that leads the variety to another level. Lemon, apple, tobacco with a kiss of oak. On the palate, it is dense, precise, but also elegant and vibrant with a minute-long finish. 
  • Delicious now, better with age. Production of 2200 bottles for 2018 vintage.
