Gaia Wines Ammonite 2020

Gaia's new creation is called Ammonite and is inspired by the company's emblem. Ammonite is created entirely from the harvest of a rare, very old vineyard of the island, matures over 15 months with its lees and, combined with a small amount of wine left for months in new French oak barrels, offers an exciting profile.

In the glass we find a bright golden yellow color. On the nose we find aromas of ripe white flesh peach, citrus, nuts, white pepper, with notes of honeycomb to follow and minerality to be always present. The palate is full, with a greasy feeling, high acidity, slightly tannic with a long aftertaste.
