Black Cow Vodka
The creation of farmer Jason Barber, from West Dorset, England, is a unique vodka produced exclusively from the milk of cows on the west coast of Dorset, which are farmed organically. Note: the sugars contained in the whey are fermented and distilled and the curd becomes cheddar.
Extremely soft, with a distinctive creamy taste. On the nose we find pleasant sweet vanilla aromas. The palette is creamy and sweet with a hint of cinnamon and the finish clean and warm.
