Kinahan's The Kasc Project M Irish Whisky

Founded in 1779, Kinahan's has been known for its innovative and unusual approach to maturation, creating new and unconventional whiskey flavors with a specialization in wood.

A pioneering Irish whiskey, as it matures in American, French, Portuguese, Hungarian oak, as well as chestnut oak. Aromas of fresh mango, pineapple, pear, spices, molasses with notes of oak to follow. In the mouth we find dried apricot, caramelized tropical fruits, sweet sun-dried Malvasia grapes and burnt espresso sugar, while at the end comes the Madeira cake and the burnt cereals.
