The knowledge and passion of a century led the family to create these bold spirits. The inspiration comes from the Peaky Blinders street gang, based in Birmingham in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Peaky Blinder Irish is a distillate dedicated to the 1920s Whiskey Cocktail culture. Distilled in small batches, intense but extremely soft, triple-distilled blended Irish whiskey.
