Her father, Carolus Nolet, started in 1691 and first combined old-world distillation and modern distillation techniques to create Ketel One Vodka. This label comes in a one liter bottle and is just a souvenir to celebrate this landmark. Eleven coins adorn the sides and back of the bottle. Each represents one of the eleven generations of Nolet family distillers.
