Kir Yianni Estate Scaperdas Frères Hommage Brut Blanc De Noirs

Scaperdas Frères is the new Kir-Yiannis estate creation in the category of sparkling wines. During the vinification, the traditional method is followed and the variety chosen is Xinomavro, which is planted within the P.O.P. Amyntaio αρεα in Florina. Τηε source of inspiration was the beloved maternal great-grandfather of Stelios Boutaris, Spyridonas Scaperdas, who lived in Paris at the beginning of the twentieth century.

Brut Blanc De Noirs is a sparkling wine based on Xinomavro which offers a rich mouthfeel, with incredible integrated acidity, soft with a creamy long-lasting foam, which leads to a pleasant aftertaste.
