Matamis Rosé Demi Sec

A sparkling wine made with the traditional method from the Mandilari variety, certainly sounds interesting and it is. In the glass we have a ruby color with salmon highlights and rich carbonation. The aromatic character is intense and clean, with aromas such as sour cherry, strawberry, pomegranate and cherry starring. Pleasant and cool on the palate, with wonderful finesse, lively acidity and a wonderful fruity aftertaste that lasts.
