Glinavos estate has demonstrated knowing bubbles very well, as it knows Debina grape variety. This sparkling wine is the well known Poème Cuvée that is now named Lefteris Glinavos Brut, after the founder of the estate, who is one of the first Greek winemakers who studied at Bordeaux, France. It is produced according to Champagne method, i.e. with secondary fermentation in the bottle. It has small, subtle bubbles that move fast. Yellow-golden color and gentle aromas of yeast, baked bread, white flowers and white-fleshed fruit. Sweet mouth with a sense of maturity and an aromatic aftertaste.
