Château Romassan was acquired by the Ott family in 1956 and belongs to the Bandol A.O.C. The family reorganized and upgraded the vineyards, as did the magnificent 18th-century Château. Étoile delves into the terroir; in this wine Marcel Ott wants to give us the fruit that nature offers, in its best version. A wine with intensity, freshness, unquestionable finesse and balance, which invites us to appreciate the passage of time and enjoy every moment.
