Ktima Pavlidis Alma 2022

Ktima Pavlidis Alma 2022
Ktima Pavlidis Alma 2022

The new label of the Pavlidis estate is called Alma, which in Spanish means soul. A rosé dry wine from the varieties Agiorgitiko 50% and Syrah 50%, which were collected at night, was gently pressed and the fermented must matured for 4 months with the wine sludge in stainless steel tanks.

On the face we find a bright, soft salmon color, with pink highlights. On the nose we find citrus aromas with predominantly grapefruit and sanguine but also peach hints to follow. The palate has a light body, with the predominant acidity giving a feeling of freshness and an aftertaste with a fairly good duration.
