Winery Jima Odyssey Day Twelve 2021

Jima winery is a family business founded by oenologist Panagiotis Jima and his wife Christy Karagiannidou. The agronomist Nikos Tzimas, brother of Panagiotis, takes care of the vines. The winery was designed by the architect Athanasios Stergioulis and is located in the farm next to their family home, at the village of Kalomodia in Arta. The emblem of the winery is a stork, which faithfully visits them every spring, moving among the vines, looking for its food.
It has a deep purple color. Intense aromas of black fruits, such as cherry, blackberry, with black tea leaves and cloves followed by notes of cedar that complete its complex character. Full bodied mouthfeel with lively acidity, firm but well-integrated tannins and a lingering aftertaste.
