Jima Winery Jack Of Spades Les Vignerons 2021

Jima winery is a family business founded by oenologist Panagiotis Jima and his wife Christy Karagiannidou. The agronomist Nikos Tzimas, brother of Panagiotis, has taken care of the vines. The winery was designed by the architect Athanasios Stergioulis and is located on the farm next to their family home, in the village of Kalomodia in Arta. The emblem of the winery is the stork, which faithfully visits them every spring, moving among the vines, looking for its food.

In the glass we have a bright purple color. On the nose we find aromas of red cherries, cranberries, raspberries, chestnuts, followed by notes of spices and violets. On the palate it is juicy with a moderate body, velvety tannins, pleasant crisp acidity and a lingering aftertaste.
