Assertive blend of Xinomavro, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, from selected barrels, which expresses the special terroir of Goumenissa and gives a wine with European style and potential of long-term aging. Deep purple color with violet highlights. Aromas of ripe forest fruits, tomatoes, green peppers and dried plums, with notes of caramel and spices. Velvety, full-bodied taste of red fruit jam, with rich sculpted tannins and long, spicy aftertaste. Combines with game, grilled meats with spicy red sauces, beef fillet, meat pies, cold cuts, hard peppery and smoked cheeses, desserts with dark chocolate.
