Lykos - Winery

Nowadays, Lykos family, besides its enormous culinary experience and reputed restaurant, has entered dynamically the wine world, investing in a new winery. The man behind this new wine activity is Apostolos Lykos who vinificates his grapes on his own with passion and love. The winery, located in the region of Malakonta, is equipped with modern pneumatic presses, stainless steel tanks equipped with cooling mantles that ensure thermal control of the fermentation process, underground air-conditioned oak barrel cellars and a separate equal volume bottling line room. The vineyards consist of 55 acre land located in the region of Arma, in Thiva, and planted with Cabernet and Merlot, 60 acre land in Kryokouki, in Evia which is planted with Sauvignon, Grenache and Assyrtiko and an area of 60 acres, situated in Nemea and planted with vines of Agiorgitiko variety.
