A journey from the Venetian traces of history in the island of Kythira: "Phi" is the modern expression in the old family recipe. The creation of "Phi" begins from Earth and the vine. The double distillation is the basis of the drink. Fresh peel of bergamot and orange extract their fragrances through a slow path, every winter. Cinnamon and spices add their own highlights. Small production that, every year, follows the life cycle of the vine and the orange. Our destination is the  high quality and artisan phylosophy.

 

LONG DRINK by OINOHOOS

  • Artisan "Phi",
  • 1 tbsp Grated ginger
  • juice from 1 lime,
  • soda water

Fill a tall glass with ice. Add "Fi", up to 2/3 of the glass.
Pour the grated ginger and lime juice. Top the glass with soda.

 

Fi-in-RED

  • 30ml artisan "Fi",
  • 30ml dry Gin,
  • 20ml pomegranate juice, 
  • 10ml orange juice,
  • Ginger leaves,
  • orange zest,
  • ½ kg Gg. brown sugar.

Begin by rubbing the ginger leaves, sugar and orange zest in a mortar. Fill the shaker's 2/3 with ice. Add the pulp from the mortar, the "Fi", Gin, orange juice. Beat firmly. Strain and serve. Garnish with cranberries and ginger.

 

PARANGA SPRITZ

  • Artisan "Fi",
  • "Paranga Kir Yianni Sparkling",
  • soda water.

Fill a large glass with ice cubes. Pour artisan "Phi" over ice cubes until the middle of the glass and top with “Paranga Sparkling”. Add a splash soda. Garnish with an orange slice.

"CHELSEA SIDECAR"

  • Equal parts of artisan "Fi" and Gin with a little fresh lemon juice.

Fill the shaker with ice, add all the ingredients and stir. Serve with a slice of lemon.
Herbal and bitter flavors in a charming composition.

 

CUBAN CAR

  • 45ml aged Cuban Rum,
  • 30ml artisan "Fi",
  • 5ml lemon juice

Freeze a cocktail glass in the freezer. Moisten the edges of the glass with lemon juice and dip in brown sugar.
Beat "Fi", rum and juice with ice in a shaker. Drain and serve.
