On the face we find a medium intensity, amber color. The aromas that emerge are complex, with predominant botanical characteristics from rosemary, sage, plant roots, chamomile. The aromatic palette continues with elements of citrus such as orange and orange peels, louiza, mint and thyme. The palate is semi-dry, with noticeable acidity and highly embedded alcohol, with the feeling that it follows all the above botanical characteristics, leaving the subtle notes of orange and quinine to give an elegant complexity and long aftertaste.
