All products are insured by the company during their transfer and transported with our own responsibility. Delivery time may vary depending on product availability and delivery location. Delivery delays cannot be compensated by the company nor allow the cancellation of an order. If the delivery time exceeds the period of one month and the products are not delivered while the client sated the correct delivery address, your order may be cancelled and the customer will be compensated by the payment of the total amount without any other claim for damages. Cases where the customer has ordered special products and the delay has his/her consent are not entitled for cancellation and any subsequent compensation. The same applies for orders that that the customer did not declare the correct delivery address.
The company has no responsibility for delays due to the wrong delivery data registration and communication data from the client side. In this case, the customer is not entitled to raise the issue of cancellation and order delivery will be further arranged between the client and the delivery company.
In the delivery of wines and other products, it is up to the customer to check the status of the goods and to inform directly the delivery company employee for any damaged or missing products in the appropriate sheet that will provided. The customer is also required within 2 days to inform the company about the Declaration of damage or loss in order to be compensated for these products. It is clear that the client is responsible for the products, once they have been delivered in good condition.
