Mojito ice cream?

1 Tin sweetened condensed milk
1 Tin evaporated milk
1 milk cream (250ml)
3 limes (or lemons)
a little chopped spearmint
1 shot of rum

Execution:
Put the evaporated and the sweetened condense milk in the fridge from the previous day (otherwise in the freezer for 2-3 hours before making the ice cream). 
Beat the cream in a mixer until it becomes whipped. Add the frozen milk, the juice and the lime zest, the rum and the spearmint.
Place the mixture in a bowl and deep-freeze it. After 1 hour  beat again in the mixer and put back in the freezer. Repeat 2 more times. When it is frozen enough, is ready for you to enjoy!
