½ kg self-raising flour
1 cup olive oil
1 cup wine
1 cup. sugar
Sugar for garnishing
Knead all the ingredients together. Shape the dough into small balls and then like little hoops take them through the sugar. Spread on wax paper making sure they have some distance between them.
