The winemaker Angel Noulas, after finishing the WSET diploma, is closely involved in wine tastings around the world gaining important knowledge on international trends of the production and the market in wine. The Chardonnay is chosen from a vineyard in a location at high altitude (900 m.) in order to highlight the specificities of diversity through time. The aim of the Gris de Noir is the expression of the elegance of a Cabernet Sauvignon into limestone subsoil. In the Merlot, the winemaker shows the capacity of variety by applying management techniques of foliage. Today he has shaped his own vision that is expressed through the superior quality production of the 3 "Dialogos" wines. His aim is aging and evolution of the wine in the bottle.
